Over 1,700 students in New Zealand took part in an amazing haka to send of their recently deceased teacher, Dawson Tamatea.

According to TVNZ, Tamatea died in his sleep on July 20th, and had been teaching physical education and maths at Palmerston North Boys' High School for nearly 30 years.

The students of the school, which is based on the country's North Island, performed this emotional haka at Tamatea's funeral, and it was far more impressive than anything we've ever seen on the rugby field.
