TV Critics Choice Awards: Hendricks, Deschanel, Lui, Deeley

Community winning Best Comedy over Modern Family? Not too sure about that one... Don't get me wrong, it's really funny, but it's just not as cleverly written, or balances schmaltz with deadpan with aplomb.

But we're not here to dissect the winners of each category (if ONLY we had a TV News section we could do that in *scratches chin*), we're here to talk about who wore what.

Christina Hendricks - you've forced people to focus on your face for once, which is nice, but it’s a bit Recently Widowed Circa 1945 for my liking.

Emmy Rossum - doing her best to remind everyone that the Emmy's are also an important awards show.

Hayden Panettiere - would look better on a beach with flip flops.

Katy Sagal - whatever about the dress (beer me, bar wench!), this is half the women she used to be.

Julie Bowen - interesting Cooling Magma with Added Tulle option. Shame the "Added Tulle" is sprouting from her crotch.

Ty Burrell - just got hot with facial hair.

Sarah Hyland and Aerial Winter - almost interchangeable at this point, both very adorable, they should play sisters or something.

Julianne Moore - the epitome of class, as ever, shame her little piggies are hell bent on making a break for it.

Zooey Deschanel - Ballerina Length is nobody's friend.

Lucy Liu - I've spent far too long wondering if you're wearing any scants.

Cat Deeley - a flesh coloured flappy dress. Nice. Still, it could've been a flesh coloured tube.

Natalie Zea - Blake Lively's not too distant future.
