Tyron Woodley beat rising star Kelvin Gastelum at UFC183 on Saturday night via spilt decision (28-29, 29-28, 30-27), which was impressive anyway, but he did it with the slight handicap of having a broken foot for over two rounds, just to make the rest of us feel a little less manly.

Woodley, who is no.3 in the Welterweight rankings, took on the previously unbeaten Gastelum, no.7, in a catchweight bout as the former came into the fight nine pounds overweight. Not that it mattered to him, as he accepted the fight graciously, and happily put his opponent's impressive win streak, and rise up the division to end.

And after all that, he refused to take the 30% of Gastelum's purse offered to him, as is the usual when fighters fail to make weight, citing the fact that he knows how tough it is to pay bills as a pro fighter, let alone when you don't get your purse. As if we needed another favourite at 170 pounds. Give that man a title shot! Or at the very least a cast and some crutches. Judging by the X-Ray he put up on Instagram, he'll probably need them.

We're not doctors or anything, but we're pretty sure those bones are all meant to be attached to each other.
