If you've ever wondered what walking for 2,200 miles does to your body, then look no further.

A user on Reddit posted a picture of his unnamed pal, who completed the daunting Appalachian Trail. The trek took him 6 months and he lost a heap of weight on the way.

They obviously don't have fast food restaurants on the trail. Because we'd still be fat by the time we got to the end. It's graaaand, we're burning it off sure.

The trail passes through Georgia, North Carolina, Tennessee, Virginia, West Virginia, Maryland, Pennsylvania, New Jersey, New York, Connecticut, Massachusetts, Vermont, New Hampshire, and Maine. America is like REALLY big you guys.
