So Lindsay Lohan is going to jail. The clink. The slammer. LiLo is getting LiLocked up. We can't say that this is much of a surprise as her criminal record is seemingly swelling by the year, containing a series of drug and alcohol-related transgressions. But she won't ever have to go to jail to spend some time locked up with the other Mean Girls. Absolutely not. That sort of punishment is reserved for normal people, not celebrities. Don't you know who I am? Etc etc etc.

Nope, it's really happening. Lohan is going to jail and will spend up to 90 days in a facility where she can think about what she's done and how driving while under the influence is a criminal offence, no matter who you are. Maybe she could learn something from, say, Kelly Osbourne who has recently been offering advice. The (former?) wild child Osbourne wrote about Lohan: "The reality is, if you break the law you have to pay the price. I'm really hoping this will be the wake-up call she needs to sort her life out and get back to the old Lindsay we all love".

Hmm. When you're being lectured about social responsibility by an Osbourne, you know you're in trouble. One thing though, we're surprised that Lohan didn't pull the famed 'Freaky Friday defence' in court and blame the entire thing on Jamie Lee Curtis.
