You can always trust students to come up with a creative way to take a break from the studying.

Exam time can be very stressful for students of all ages, and while getting your head down and hitting the books hard is good advice, also keeping your regular routine and getting some down time is just as essential.

With that in mind, the folks at the Students' Union in NUI Maynooth decided that they would give the hard-working student body something fun that might keep them occupied but still keep their brains active by making their own version of the classic game Monopoly called, of course, Maynoothopoly. They even went and made a featurette on YouTube, explaining to the masses how they could get their hands on one of the extremely limited edition boards.

The whole point of the game is to look after students' mental health during the exam period, and to make sure that they get a bit of a break away from the hard graft in what is an extremely exhausting few weeks. Here's a look at what the board is like, and we must admit there's some great imagination gone into this:

It's a great gesture from the SU and a brilliant idea, as looking after your mental health is just as important as your physical health, in particular when under a lot of stress, so it's good to see that Ireland's students are giving that plenty of consideration.
