And rugby is officially back......nnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnooooooooooowww!

We've been waiting an eternity since the season ended but the build up to the World Cup is now on. The first pre-tournament friendly to get the team whipped into shape is this Saturday as the team travels over to Cardiff to take on the Welsh.

The starting 15 and the bench have been announced, but for some reason the process of naming the side through their Twitter handles continues.

If you're not that up-to-date with the Twittersphere, here's the rundown.

Jack McGrath, Richardt Strauss, and Mike Ross make up the front row, with Iain Henderson and Donnacha Ryan as locks.

Jordi Murphy takes the six shirt, with Tommy O'Donnell wearing seven and the ever-present Jamie Heaslip retaining his no.8.

Eoin Reddan and Paddy Jackson will start as the half-backs, with Darren Cave(inside) and Keith Earls(outside) making up the centre pairing. Fergus McFadden and Andrew Trimble will start on the wings, with Felix Jones being handed the fullback slot.

Rory Best, David Kilcoyne, Michael Bent, Dan Tuohy, Chris Henry, Kieran Marmion, Ian Madigan, and Simon Zebo make up the subs bench.
