Cathal and Paula Jackson's Breanagh Catering Ltd registered pre-tax profits of almost €5m. Which breaks down to a staggering €95,000 per week.
At €4.94m - the firm's profit was down 11% on the €5.55m made last year. During the 12 months to the end of January, the company's cash pile increased by €4.48m from €46.42m to €50.9m - while the firm's accumulated profits rose to €63.3m.
The popular venue, located in the Jackson Court Hotel, managed to consistently pull crowds in throughout Ireland's recession while many other night clubs suffered.
The pay received by the Jacksons is not disclosed but the previous year they were paid €10,000 per week.
193 people are employed by the firm and the total staff costs for the year were €3.75m.
