You'd think that Beyoncé, one of the most famous people on the planet, would be easily to duplicate in wax considering there are millions of photos and videos of her in circulation but a new waxwork doing the rounds on Twitter is proving that assumption wrong.
Madame Tussauds is famed for its wax figures of celebrities and notable figures with museums around the world attracting millions of visitors each year but their Beyoncé in New York could do with some work.

Yes, someone somewhere out there believed that this is what Beyoncé looks like.
Madame Tussauds issued a statement to TMZ defending the waxwork, saying: "Our talented team of sculptors takes every effort to ensure we accurately colour match all of our wax figures to the celebrity being depicted. Lighting within the attraction combined with flash photography may distort and misrepresent the colour of our wax figures."
The internet, however, was having none of it.
Why does this Beyoncé wax figure look like Lindsay Lohan if she were an Instagram model pic.twitter.com/K1wjhiy26E
