There's a new, wacky social media that we hope is not here to stay, and it's the chest hair mankini.
Why? Honestly we're not too sure on this one, but it seems that the trend first started back in 2012, and has for some reason come roaring back in the past few weeks, possibly as people head off on their summer holidays in August.
For those out there who are hirsute enough to pull off the look, it involves shaving a bikini into your chest hair, and it takes manscaping to scary new heights.

When will the madness end? Again, we have no definitive answers, but if you want to get involved for the craic, then it's a free country so you might as well. Just remember to put on suncream all over, you don't want embarrassing chest hair mankini tan lines when you come back from holidays.
