The folks at No. 10 decided that they would offer people the chance to submit their design for the new £1 coin, and that's a decision they may be regretting a little bit now.
When you open what is essentially a photoshop competition up to the people of the internet, then what you're going to get is a sever lack of serious responses, and that's what happened when the British government asked the people of Twitter to submit their designs for the new £1 coin.
From some less than complimentary portraits of the Queen to Mr. Blobby, they were inundated with designs that really didn't stand a chance, but to be honest were absolutely hilarious, so here are some of the best.
