After suffering defeat to an all-conquering Ireland side this weekend, it seems that Australia's players were not too happy at all.

Former Leinster coach Michael Cheika brought his Australia side to the Aviva Stadium on Saturday, and they were narrowly beaten by a heroic Irish performance. While that surely upset the manager, at least one member of the squad was a bit more cheesed off with the whole thing and ended up trashing the dressing rooms.

It is believed that Cheika was not in the room when one player lost his cool after the loss and smashed a door, the doorframe and did some damage to a wall also, causing around €8,000 worth of damage to the away changing room.

According to The Examiner, a source from the Australian rugby union confirmed that there had been an incident in the aftermath of the defeat, but that they informed the IRFU about it: "There was an accident after the match involving one of our support staff. We made the IRFU aware of this on the evening of the game and have offered our assistance in any way if required". There has been no confirmation as of yet as to whether or not the IRFU will bill the Wallabies for the damages.
