Rejoice. The middle finger emoji is finally here.
Apple today released their latest update to iOS9, iOS 9.1 and with it come over 150 long-awaited new emojis for us all to use to our hearts' content.
There's too many to call out but between a hugging face, a thinking face, a face with rolling eyes, prayer beads, a turkey, a crab, a hot dog, a cricket bat, a Menorah with nine branches, a mosque, a synagogue, popcorn, a taco, a burrito, a unicorn, a cheese wedge, a unicorn head, a champagne bottle and the aforementioned middle finger, we think you'll be happy.
The other update that comes with iOS 9.1 is an update to Live Photos as well as other bug fixes, but that's nowhere near as exciting as the plethora of symbols now at our fingertips.
iOS 9.1 is available now so get updating (Settings > General > Software Update if you're not familiar)and flip off all your mates to prove how superior you and your new emoji vocabulary are.
