You surely know by now that God has a Twitter and a Facebook, where he's frequently sarcastic and pretty funny. He is all-knowing after all.

But, like most people, he's not a fan of the Westboro Baptist Church (WBC), so given that it's the 21st century, he decided to have some fun in the style of the kids of today by trolling them, and trolling them pretty hard.

The person behind the accounts (who remains anonymous, but according to Mashable is a real person) decided to organise an indeigogo fundraising project to get money together to put up a billboard in Topeka, Kansas, where the Church is based, that says one simple thing: 'God loves gays'.

One of God's many Facebook fans has already spotted the ad, which went up recently, and posted a picture to his Facebook page of it.

The cost of the billboard was about $50,000, but with nearly $80,000 raised, God intends on sharing the money around by possibly getting more ads in other places, donations to an LGBT suicide prevention organization, and giving money to the National Alliance to End Homelessness.

The WBC are not thrilled about it, and they took to their Twitter account to complain, but given that it's regularly suspended because they're not very nice on it, no one can see the tweet because it's been shut down for the minute. 'God' told Mashable that he was done with the whole flood and pestilence scene so he wasn't going to wipe out the WBC: "I don’t do that sort of negative thing anymore. A billboard is much more fun and positive. Also, it feels great to raise money for these good causes. I only wish I could do more."
