The singer is pregnant with her first child with A$AP Rocky and her maternity style has been something we'll never forget.

She's had some of the best red carpet looks in history, so her absence was certainly felt at this years 64th annual Met Gala.

But while she wasn't there in person, she was there in spirit. And, eh, stone. Vogue shared an image of the digital rendering of Rihanna in marble based on the May cover of Vogue.

The video on Vogue's Instagram shows the singer at the foreground of the museum as a strikingly realistic statue with a backdrop of other marble Greek Gods and Goddesses.

Riahnna reposted the video on her own Instagram feed, captioning it "shut down the met in marble! what’s more gilded than that? Lol! Thank you @metmuseum and @voguemagazine for this historic tribute! y’all bad for this one!".

The 'Shut Up and Drive' singer has had one of the most iconic pregnancies in recent history, showcasing her baby bump through some extraordinary fashion statements that have revolutionized how we look at pregnancy fashion.

In an interview with People last February, she talked about embracing maternity fashion as her body is changing, "I'm enjoying not having to worry about covering up my tummy".

Whether she's in a crop top, front-facing corset, a sheer gown, or even in stone we're loving seeing Rihanna's peek-a-boo baby bump.

What do we think of the virtual Rihanna statue?
