The couple - who started dating "late last year" - tied the knot in an intimate ceremony in Mexico last weekend, and are already considering starting a family together, with one source telling Us Magazine: 'They both want kids as soon as possible.'
The pair, who have known each other for five years, "shocked everyone" on Saturday when they announced they had got hitched in a romantic beach setting, with just their immediate families present to witness the nuptials.
A source wittered: "Stacy really did not tell any of her friends that this wedding was happening. Stacy loves Jared so much and is so happy with how everything went. They've been head over heels with each other since they met." Not rubbing George's nose in it, or anything (I can't stop staring at her big toes either).
Meanwhile, the 34-year-old "actress" reportedly ended her two-year relationship with Clooney last July - two months before she started dating Jared - because he wasn't on for settling down/forthcoming in the kiddie department.
A source said at the time: "Stacy called it quits. She wants to have children and a family someday. She knows where George stands on that." She knew from the beginning, but God loves a trier.
52-year-old George most recently wants us to believe he is now dating British barrister Amal Alamuddin.
