The cereal messers are back with a splash of fun, with that added topping of wit - and no, this isn't an April Fool's joke.
PJ Gallagher and Jim McCabe will launch their brand new Radio Nova 'Morning Glory' breakfast show next week, which will air every weekday morning between 6 am and 10 am.
As the mornings get ever brighter these days, what better way to start your day than by listening to the two presenters with their roots planted in Dublin's fair city? The "anything goes" dynamic duo have proven a hit on radio ever since they first teamed up on air in 2016.
PJ and Jim have gone on to win Breakfast Show of the Year at the IMRO Radio Awards two years running, and they even managed to almost double their ratings with Classic Hits listeners.
The new show on Radio Nova will feature news, sport, weather, traffic and a guaranteed bit of craic every day. They’ll be checking how smart listeners are with the brand new 'Nova Know It All Quiz' and the return of the station’s popular 'Nova Noise' competition. The pair have promised all of this, as well as the most seriously addictive music in town.
Comedian PJ Gallagher said of their move to Radio Nova: "Radio Nova is already Dublin’s best radio station by a mile, it’s also the first place I ever got to present a show years ago so going back there with Jim feels like the perfect place to be. It can’t start quick enough for me.
Co-host, Jim McCabe said: "I'm looking forward to it! It’s like having the excitement of a new show but with all the comforts of the old one. So it’s the perfect combination really. And Nova is such a special brand for anybody associated with radio in Dublin."
