Victoria Beckham only thinks people are "true fans" if they need medical attention when they meet her. The 33-year-old said: "When I went to Japan recently there were lots of lovely little Japanese people there to greet me. There were tears, which I always like. I think that shows you are a true fan, when you cry - or when you pass out. When the paramedics are called, it's always a good sign. That shows real determination as a fan." So, Victoria's an extremist... weird that. Hang about though - if she advocates such fanatical behaviour, how come she blanked Chanelle when she flew to LA and waited outside the LA Galaxy locker rooms for hours? Perhaps she didn't want to be photographed with a younger, more vacuous version of herself.
