Well this is very troubling news so it is, as who doesn't enjoy a glass of vino from time to time/every day. And while we are not adverse to putting up with the odd piece of cork in our wine due to lack of a bottle opener (look, we've all been there), we draw the line at feckin' GLASS.

Who dropped the ball there, lads?

The Food Safety Authority of Ireland (FSAI) has released a statement saying that bottles of five different brands of wine have been recalled. In case you want to frantically go home and check your eh... cellar (let's pretend we all have one of those) the wines in question are;

Nederburg 56 Hundred Pinot Grigio
Fleur du Cap Sauvignon Blanc
Fleur du Cap Merlot
Fleur du Cap Chardonnay
Two Ocean Pinot Grigio

Apparently it has only affected some batches though... so if you do happen to have bought one of those bottles recently, you could still be grand.

We're not here to judge.
