No doubt you'll be seeing plenty of How-Old.net screengrabs today.

The website, which analyses your age by your face, has become a bit of an overnight sensation.

Since we're all young whippersnappers here at entertainment.ie, a few of us in the office decided to give it a go.

For the purposes of fairness and being above board, we took selfies today instead of using amazing / flattering photos.

The results were, frankly, horrifying and life-altering. Can you guess what our actual ages are?

Adrian, our Lifestyle Editor, was first up on the block. They say frowning adds ten years.

Jason, our Listings Editor, was the most accurate. Look at him there. Bless.

Sharon, our Direct Sales Manager, did VERY well. In fact, she did so well, she wanted another go.

Unbelievable, Sharon. UNBELIEVABLE.

Since Mike Sheridan's off today, Deputy Editor Dave is in charge. He looks unimpressed, doesn't he?

And finally werewolf / Movies Editor Brian didn't do amazing well, either.

Just to prove whether or not this is accurate, we also used famous people to try see if it works.

Kim Kardashian's actual age is 33. Maybe it's the fact we used a crap image? Who knows.

The Avengers was reasonably accurate, although Chris Hemsworth is nowhere near 46. So that's ridiculous.

And finally Kate Middleton landed at 36 when she's actually 33. Which, again, proves how wildly inaccurate this thing is.
