The reason it's possibly been picked up on by outlets is because we're not used to seeing Miley's usually minimally dressed bosoms without a novelty pastie attached. Good to see she's letting herself breathe, as my Mammy would've said.
The real news here is that her flash was so subtle that Instagram failed picked up on it. Chelsea Handler is either enraged or applauding right about now.
