Unfortunately there is a certain stigma in this country that comes with ordering a half pint.
"Not able for a full one, no? Chap!"
It's virtually impossible to order one without having someone pass comment on it (even the barman). That's why Simon Lambert & Sons bar in Wexford decided to come up with a novel way to deal with the uncomfortable situation with this new glass that they serve a half pint in. To be honest we're not sure what to make of it.
