Pep Guardiola, what can you say about him? He can do no wrong. From his successes at Barcelona FC by leading to them to two Champions League titles and three La Liga titles, he has carved out a reputation in the football world that ranks him as, arguably, football's most sought after manager.

Now, he's head honcho at Bayern Munich, following the success of Jupp Heynckes who led them to the coveted Champions League title last year. A tough act to follow, but Guardiola has been up to the task with Bayern Munich currently holding a 16 point advantage in the Budesliga, not to mention maintaining Heynckes' unbeaten run, stretching the margin to 16 months since the last time they lost a league match. Impressive.

Pep, a man who promotes a simple and imperiously stylish form of football, mirrors those principles in his own fashion. Simplicity coupled with class and fine execution serves Guardiola well, on and off the field. Let's take a quick look at why this Catalonian man is the sharpest bastard in football.

No question, that it's in the suit department that Guardiola's style really shines.

Here he is in the dugout of Bayern's Allianz Arena. So sharp.

Back in the Barca days. Black and white is what Pep does best. Apart from win a room full of trophies.

He's a good man to roll up the sleeves and applaud his fans. Pep Guardiola, man of the people.

Black and White. None of this messing around, it's a winning combination 10 times out of 10.

He's probably winning some award for being class at managing football teams, here.

Winning more stuff, back at Barca. The shirt and tie is Pep's absolute staple.

Even when he's not suited and booted, Guardiola will still manage to excel. Here he is setting off for training looking cooler than an antarctic winter, and, might I add, embracing baldness and flecks of grey in the beard, like no other man before him.

You'd make grown men cry with the handsomeness, Pep, long may it last.
