Russell Brand might not be the biggest fan of Blur's hit song 'Parklife' anymore as the internet has decided that their new favourite joke involves both him and that song.
By now, we're sure you're familiar with the works of Russell Brand, who is an intelligent, sharp-witted comedian who also has a go at Fox News anchors from time to time. If you've read his books, seen his stand-up or watched his YouTube show, then you'll know that he has a tendency to show off his vocabulary a bit, and one Twitter user noticed that it had a certain ring to it that was hauntingly familiar.

As you might have gathered from the thousands of retweets that got, people thought it was pretty funny, and being highly original, everyone else piled in on the joke when he tweeted anything, in particular when he complained about people making fun of his writing. Fuel, fire, and all of that...

Also if he thinks journalists are highly paid, then we're happy to swap jobs with him for a week's pay... Anyway, the internet, as is its wont, decided they hadn't quite had their fun yet, and so began the Vines, and the tweets.
Oh dear- should I apologise to @rustyrockets that people are shouting 'PARKLIFE' at him? (re https://t.co/IJTcDTKI53) pic.twitter.com/RkSJUMEXH1

There's even a song
There'll be some more fun had with this before it all dies down, we just hope it hasn't ruined the song Parklife for everyone, because that is a good tune.
