The actor's only daughter, Meadow Rain Walker, filed a suit against the car company yesterday citing that her father died of a direct result of several design flaws with Porsche Carrera GT Walker was a passenger in when it crashed in November 2013

According to Fox News: "The wrongful-death suit claims the car, which was marketed as a street-legal race car, lacked a proper stability control system and safeguards to protect occupants and keep it from catching fire after a collision. 'Absent these defects in the Porsche Carrera GT, Paul Walker would be alive today,' the lawsuit states. An email sent to representatives of Porsche Cars North America was not immediately returned."

TMZ claims to have seen the legal papers alleging the car had "a history of instability and control issues".

Sky News adds that: "The lawsuit reportedly claims the actor became trapped because the car's seatbelt 'snapped Walker's torso back with thousands of pounds of force, thereby breaking his ribs and pelvis' - meaning he could not escape the fire."

Meadow, who is 16-years-old, is suing Porche for unspecified damages.
