Paris Hilton had a pretty strange day yesterday as she got too close for comfort with two of her stalkers. She and her current squeeze, Cy Waits, were on their way into a courthouse in California to give evidence against Natahan Parada who was arrested for allegedly attempting to break into her house last year wielding a knife. However, the couple were then met with another one of Paris's strange followers, a Mr James Rainford. According to The Sun, he tried to touch Cy from behind but was quickly set upon by the couple's security team.
Before the incident happened, Hilton tweeted: "On my way to the court house to testify against the intruder. I'm very nervous to see him face to face again. :) (sic)" But then, she took to twitter to tell her mum (and the world) what had happened with the other stalker, " Omg @KathyHilton! That other psycho intruder just punched Cy in the back of the head as we were walking into the court house. So scary! :( " (sic).
It appears that his apparent motive was to just get her autograph and to ask her fathers permission to take her up the isle. How amusing! He told the waiting paps and reporters, "I'm going to marry her. I got permission from her father." It seems though that he is no stranger to the heiress as he had been done for trespassing on Paris's property last year.
Rainford is on probation for misdemeanour assault and has a restraining order in place against him, requiring that he stay at least 200 yards away from her.
