We find it hard to believe that whoever did this thought this had a realistic chance of coming through, given that the odds quoted were 2319/1, but if it's true then they're some sort of genius and clairvoyant and we need to know what they predict for the rest of the tournament.
The most impressive part, and what multiplied the odds even further, was that they guessed that Khedira would score too. We can only presume that he or she didn't show up for work this morning...
