This powerful new ad campaign, based on Facebook memories, aims to highlight just how dangerous that momentary lapse of concentration can be. They want people to think twice before texting or using social media while behind the wheel.

According to an RSA study, Mobile phone driver distraction plays a role in 20-30% of all road collisions in this country, meaning that 1,400 fatalities or injuries could be caused by mobile phone driver distraction annually. 42% of Irish motorists are active at least sometimes with their mobile phone while driving.
