Miley Cyrus may be many things, and there have been many choice words used to describe her, especially post VMA performance, but one thing we can't fault her on is her own sense of awareness. She knows she's acting out, she knows that the fame and money that go along with her celebrity status is there to be exploited and when you can have and do whatever you want, of COURSE you're going to make the most of it. She also knows that she's young and she'll probably grow out of it at some stage but while she's in the thick of it, she'll be the first person to tell you she's got issues. Unlike Amanda Bynes for example, Miley's fully aware that she's currently dancing (or humping teddy bears, if you will) on the other side of the rails.

In another slew of revealing interviews, the former Disney star continues to open up about her current wild phase. Speaking to the Sunday People (and giving them the scoop that most US red tops would kill their young for) Cyrus said: "I have so many f***ing issues... I am so f***ed up - everyone does dumb stuff when they are messed up... I don't have a normal life. I take a hiatus every now and again but I’m not good at that."

Then in a one on one with The Mirror (UK version), the girl who used to be adored by millions as Hannah Montana spoke of her obsession with work, being on the go and how sitting down makes her bored. "All I do is work, so I eat to live and to keep going... People are impressed with me because I can sleep for just 45 minutes - I'm used to it... I suppose I am a workhorse. I love being in the studio and when I take vacation I get so bored"

So while she may be gyrating against Robin Thicke and doing all manner of questionable things with foam fingers, it seems Miley may still have her head screwed on, even if it's just by a few strands of her super blonde pixie hairdo. We hope we don't lose her altogether.
