Miley Cyrus is retiring her tongue, which is considerate seeing as it's gotten a lot of mileage.
Miley is apparently getting bored with lashing her giant meat slab of lingua about the place and is planning to come up with a new look. Speaking on French TV show 'Le Grand Journal', she said: 'It's the new Miley tongue. I think people always take pictures of themselves and me doing it is just being myself so it's kind of like my style now ... [But] that's getting a little old. I'm going to have to retire it!'
Although Miley has an impressively long tongue, she revealed she can't touch her nose with it, no matter how hard she tries. Which is pretty upsetting for her, as she said: 'For as long as it is, you would think that I could touch my nose. I mean I've tried it, I can't, I'm so close. I wish I had more control of it, I can't do any tricks, no four leaf clover, nothing!'. We have a feeling that her tongue has a level of talent corresponding to the rest of her.
Miley also touched upon her provocative MTV Video Music Awards appearance last month, which sent the twittosphere into a spin with 4.5 million people chiming in online about her risqué performance, which saw her grinding and twerking up against Robin Thicke and wagging her tongue.
She laughed: 'I just think if you make the choice to do something in front of the world, there's no going back and apologising now. I already did it, there's no going backwards. I do everything I do for a reason. My mum is very proud of me! I wanted to make history which I think we did over the last two weeks ... I think all that matters is having good intentions. [The VMAs video] did do well online, everyone in the world is thinking what am I going to do next. All are on me and I'll do what I wanna do so people remember me. It's bittersweet.'
Wow. That's some ego right there. Sounds like her and Bieber would get on like a house on fire.
