Ryanair chief executive Michael O'Leary has been doing his best in recent months to convince people that the airline is all-new and all-friendly, and it looks like he's happy to roll up his sleeves and get involved in all parts of the business to prove it.
This morning, he was busy checking in passengers who were taking the early flight from Dublin to London, and was in fine form, according to the people who were greeted by his smiling face at the desk this morning.
From throwing in a few quips about not charging extra for the personal service to wishing them a pleasant trip, O'Leary certainly seems to be a morning person anyway.
