Michael B. Jordan has been named People's Sexiest Man Alive for 2020. Which means, finally, something has gone right this year.

The actor is renowned for his lead role in 'Creed' and its sequel. His turn as Erik Killmonger in 'Black Panther' was among Marvel's best antagonist performances.

Michael B. Jordan has also starred in such TV series as 'The Wire' and 'Friday Night Lights'. One of his earlier roles was in 'Fruitvale Station' while he also impressed in the recent 'Just Mercy'.

He's not slowing down anytime soon either. Upcoming projects include 'Wrong Answer' (with his frequent collaborator, director Ryan Coogler), Danny Boyle's 'Methuselah', and 'Without Remorse', based on the book by Tom Clancy. He'll also be working opposite directors Denzel Washington and David O. Russell in the near future.

The actor joined the Black Lives Matter movement this summer to call for more diversity in Hollywood.

On being named 2020's Sexiest Man Alive, Michael B. Jordan told People (via EW): "It's a cool feeling.

"You know, everybody always made that joke, like, 'Mike, this is the one thing you’re probably not going to get.' But it’s a good club to be a part of."
