It looks like Ryan Giggs may be pursuing a career in the music industry when he finally decides to hang up his boots. His Manchester United teammate Rio Ferdinand has revealed that the Welshman likes nothing more than to exercise his vocal chords on the team bus, but he doesn't croon like his countryman Tom Jones - he prefers to rap, with his favourite track being Rapper's Delight by Sugar Hill Gang.

"Giggsy's not bad on the mic but he doesn't sing, he raps" said Rio. "When we win, we sing at parties and Giggsy gets hold of the mic and does some old-school rapping. It's funny", the Manchester United defender said to The Sun. "Rapper's Delight is his usual song".

Wayne Rooney, however, likes to keep things traditional. Rooney is supposedly a big Stereophonics fan and the one member of the United dressing room who is capable of holding a tune.

"Wazza fancies himself as a singer. I can't sing. I used to sing when I was a kid. But singing's not my game. Not at all".

Anyone think that Rooney, Giggs and Rio should form a band together? What would they be called though? Hmm. What's the one thing they all have in common? They play football, no that's not it. There's something else. What can it be??
