Michael Peacock from New Jersey is suing his boss as a result of a night of "team building" that went terribly, terribly wrong.

Peacock's lawsuit states that his boss, Richard Langtry, had been drinking all day on a team building excursion, which took place in the summer of 2012. The workers all went on a bar crawl, and when the party eventually moved to a boat that evening, Langtry began to get aggressive.

According to court papers, Peacock was confronted by his boss outside the bathroom and, in an effort to "bond with Peacock while simultaneously demonstrating his authority and dominance" (Peacock is 6'8" and was the big man in his office), grabbed him hard by the left testicle and "pulled it down as if to rip it from his groin".

As a result of his injuries, he needed three surgeries and, eventually, his testicle had to be removed. However, his suffering didn't end there, as he also claims that his (now former) colleagues at security and storage company Iron Mountain then went on to make fun of him "calling him a 'drag queen' and urging him to 'chop the other one off'".

He is also suing his former employer who he claims cut his pay and forced him out of his job after the incident, and the bars that served Langtry the alcohol for letting him get too drunk.
