Poor David Barker must have thought he stepped through a portal and into opposite land when he was smacked with a fine for putting litter in a bin. The Batman of litter (albeit without the costume and mental issues); this 29 year old spends an hour every day keeping the streets of Stourbridge (UK) clean from... well... rubbish.

But when David put a pizza box and junk mail into a public bin he (apparently) crossed the line. After the council issued Baker with a fine for fly-tipping (illegal dumping), he accused them of being "desperate for money... fining people for anything". Now it seems the council are "reviewing the fine".

Oh 'council', you fickle, fickle people.
