Liu Huichang has suffered from a rare form of gigantism since he was a child, and now at the age of 21, his foot is still growing.
Hailing from the Qu County in the Sichuan province of China, Huichang has been dealing with his rare condition as best he can in recent years, but now is finally looking to get a an operation to see if doctors can help to reduce the size of his foot.
According to The Mirror, his foot is "17 inches long and 5.5 inches thick, meaning he would need a size 29 shoe".
His grandmother has been making him home-made shoes out of cloth and canvas so that he can still get around, and while doctors say the series of surgeries that he's undergoing will not be able to make his enlarged foot the same size as his other one, they should be able to reduce it significantly if all goes to plan.
