AaaaaAAAAaaah, so that's the reason she insists on flashing her nethers at every opportunity. It's all a slight of hand, a mere diversionary tactic to deflect from the fact that Madonna doesn't like her thighs. Observe the ruse: "See, none of you are looking at my thighs right now." Yep, sorry, any excuse to wheel out the angry groin of doom again, apologies.

The Girl Gone Wild singer doesn't like her upper legs and spent months working on getting them toned so she felt confident showing them off during performances on her MDNA Tour.

The superstar's personal trainer Nicole Winhoffer said: 'We're all born with an area(s. Areas, Nicole) we're insecure about and she thinks it's her thighs so we spend a lot of time moulding and sculpting. She works very hard on it."

Nicole, 28, has worked with the 54-year-old for three years, and says she trains for between one and two hours every day solo as well as with her dancers and backing singers who are on tour with her.

Speaking about the workout routine she follows, Nicole added to the current issue of new!: "I look to tighten the back of the arms, to cinch the waist, to flatten the lower abdominals, to work on the inner and outer definition of the thighs and to raise the butt. [Its all about] burning calories and achieving muscle tone." It's also about living a little, otherwise what's the bleedin' point.

Nicole also admits she is impressed by Madonna's dedication, saying: "She's in the gym five or six days a week as well as being a full-time mother. So if I feel a bit low I just look to her and think, 'If she can do it, I have no excuse."

Don't be so hard on yourself, Nicole, there are plenty full time mothers of four who don't spend two hours a day, six days a week in the gym... Like the billions of mums who aren't Madonna.
