Who knew Macy Gray would say something not entirely appropriate on live TV?

Honestly, it doesn't make for hugely shocking viewing, but the stateside gossip sites are merrily chirruping about it today. The thing it though, Ms. Gray is being labelled as uncouth, while her dancing partner and the sickly saccharine version of Tess Daly take the visual unnecessarily two steps further. You can watch the video snippet here.  If, however, you're unable to view videos on your puter, here's a rough transcript of events:

Saccharine/Slightly Patronising Presenter: "Macy GRAAAAAAY, who knew that you could get out there, with all that elegance and grace, and doing that whole little hip action *grinds wierdly*, LOVELYYYY! Now, you've just returned from singing to sold out audiences throughout EEEEuuurope, what was it like dancing in front of a live audience?"

Macy Gray: "I just glad to get the first dance out of the way. Like we've been practicing for like four weeks, you know. I feel like I finally busted my cherry, you know."

Macy's Dance Partner: "And you were cute and vulnerable."

S/SPP: "OK, cute and vulnerable while doing that. Let's, uuuh, sit on that and get the scores!!"

*shudders*
