The first of the Little Mix to give birth has announced she has welcomed two new additions into her family - making it a total of three new arrivals for the girl group.

Leigh-Anne Pinnock has given birth to twins, the star has shared on her Instagram channel this Monday afternoon.

Dating the new arrivals back to last Monday, August 16, the star wrote to her fans: "We asked for a miracle, we were given two... Our cubbies are here."

Over the weekend, Leigh-Anne's Little Mix group mate Perrie Edwards also announced her new arrival. Her baby was born a few days after the twins, on Saturday, August 21.

A number of the stars' friends have wished the women well on their new arrivals, including Laura Whitmore, Stacey Solomon, Rochelle Humes, and of course their third groupmate, Jade Thirlwall who wrote to Perrie: "Proud of you always. Ly."

On August 14, Leigh-Anne posted on her social media that it was nearly time for her to welcome her new offspring into the world. She posted a naked photoshoot of herself with the caption: "I have dreamt of the moment I get to meet you, hold you, guide you, teach you. It’s nearly time."

The father of Leigh-Anne Pinnock's new twins is her Premier League footballer fianceé Andre Gray. Perrie Edwards' boyfriend is also a footballer, Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain.
