My oh my, this is a slow news day. As if being Wednesday isn't bad enough, there's NO scandalous news breaking today. Trawling through the usual reliable outlets I found one or two rubbish stories, particularly one regarding Tori Spelling not liking water, but if I was to elaborate on that, well, I might just get the chop. The only exciting bit of news coming from this side of the pond is that of a disgruntled man driving a cement truck into the Dáil this morning. Said truck had 'TOXIC BANK ANGLO' painted all over it. I'm sure there were plenty of other people who had the same idea but couldn't find the back bone to do it, me included.

So, instead I found a nice pretty gallery, with plenty of single tea pots and sparkly dresses, for you all to have a gawk at. Last night Lipsy launched their Autumn/Winter 2010 collection at Gilgamesh restaurant in London, along with Pixie Lott's exclusive range for the store which was launched at House of Fraser and guess what, she only managed to attend both events. She wasn't the only young star to attend, no, Pixie was joined by Lucie Jones (where has she been lately?), Danielle Lloyd trying the seductive look, (who brought her fellah along for the craic, fun times for him) Emily Attack, Laura Whitmore, Tinchy Stryder, Helen Russell-Clark (she plays Jem in Hollyoaks), Dionne Broomfield, a delighted looking Sarah Cawood, Professor Green with that blonde again and Mollie King from The Saturdays. Sugababe Jade Ewan showed her mug with an outfit that weirdly made me think of Two Unlimited and SNAP straight away *YouTube's Rhythm is a Dancer*. It does look a little early nineties, don't you think? Former 2006 Big Brother contestant Imogen Thomas, who is still trying to make a name for herself, looked pretty good - at least she had herself covered up for once anyway. Newlywed Konnie Huq managed to bypass the pink carpet but was caught by the paps on her exit from the venue. Her PA looks in a bit of a hurry.

All in all, it looked like a nice affair and look, they all got goodie bags too, Lucie's delirah with it.
