If you're born on a Leap Day, the technicality of the calendar means you get a birthday once every four years.

In other words, if you were born on the Leap Day yesterday, your next birthday won't technically happen until 2024 and you'll - again, technically - be one year old. For Arlene Manko, she's now technically 21 years old, but really 84 years old - which means she's now fully within the legal limit to drink.

With that in mind, Ryan Reynolds and Aviation Gin decided to celebrate her reaching the legal drinking age in the US by having her star in a new ad and getting her mildly tipsy on Leap Day. "I had seven kids in 10 years. You think sometimes I didn’t want to drink?" Arlene announces, completely deadpan.

Right after taking a legal-sized sip of Aviation Gin, Arlene admits that she's never heard of Ryan Reynolds. It's OK, Arlene - he was in 'Two Guys, A Girl And A Pizza Place' once upon a time. He hasn't been up to much since then.

The advertisement, however, ends with a special message. If you happen to know someone who was born on February 29th, 1936, e-mail [email protected] - there might be some free gin in it for you.

Take a look.
