Lamar Odom is insisting he doesn't have a drug problem, talking to TMZ on camera and asking them how he looks.

The NBA ace, whose four year marriage to 'Keeping Up with the Kardashians's Khloe Kardashian is reportedly on the rocks amid rumours he cheated on her twice and is addicted to crack cocaine, says he is absolutely not a drug addict and is in regular contact with his wife. Asked if he is doing okay, the 33-year-old former Los Angeles Clippers star, who was arrested on August 30 for Driving Under the Influence and had his licence suspended after refusing a chemical test, told TMZ on Monday night: 'How do I look?' and after being told he looks fine, Lamar replied: 'There you go.'

Lamar also dismissed rumours he has moved out of his home with Khloe and that they were having problems. Asked if he had spoken to her recently, he laughed and said: 'That's my wife, of course.' He also denied he needs professional help or is addicted to drugs and said he wanted his fans to know: 'I love them.'

Lamar also confirmed he is hoping to play basketball professionally this season despite currently being a free agent. He said: 'Hopefully,' and that he would play for 'any body that's a fan.' adding 'Life is good man.'

Meanwhile Odom is being sued for allegedly assaulting by photographer Stefan Saad, who is accusing Lamar of destroying more than $15,000 worth of his equipment during an attack in July.

He claims the Odom opened his car and threw all of his photography equipment onto the street after Saad asked him questions about his marriage to Khloe and rumours he cheated on her. He also claims that the basketball player took a lot of his stuff and placed it in Lamar's own car.

According to court documents, obtained by gossip website TMZ, the paparazzo thinks that Khloe and her family, including her sister Kim's boyfriend Kanye West, are partially responsible for Lamar's reaction.

The lawsuit states: 'The Kardashian clan has apparently come to believe that it is above the law, and has some exceptional privilege to disregard the rights of others. The Kardashian clan are not only wealthy and attractive -- but also deeply flawed.'

The incident was caught on tape and he believes Kanye West had a hand in attack, claiming the rapper advised Lamar about how to deal with paparazzi. The photographer is suing Lamar for assault, conversion (stealing property), and trespassing, demanding in excess of $565,000 in compensation.
