Not raided by the Guards, mind, more like a herd of scummers who knew he was otherwise engaged. They only went and knocked his front door in 'n all.

The Herald are reporting that a gang of thieves ransacked his home while he performed alongside Boyzone at London's O2 just before Christmas, where he was obviously being watched by his whole family. A handy source told the paper: "Keith didn't find out what happened until he came off stage in London. He was devastated." At least he managed to two step his way through the gig without distraction. I'm not even taking the piss; you have to clutch at the positives in these situations.

The Independent are today reporting that the robbers made light work of the CCTV cameras at the Duffy residence in north Dublin: "a source said that footage of the intruders, who removed the front gate before smashing down the door, was caught on camera. A three-strong gang - two men from inner city Dublin and another from Coolock - are suspected of being behind the break-in. A garda spokesperson said: 'Gardai are investigating a burglary in the Roganstown area on December 20'."

Despite being rattled, Duffy wasn't going to let the incident hamper the rest of the BZ20 tour dates around New Years.
