News just in from Dermot and Dave via Today FM *cue urgent "BEEPBEEEPDEEEBIPBEEPBEEEP" type news bulletin music* - Robert Pattinson was seen driving around Dublin City Center at approximately 10:15am this morning in a '07 Renault Clio. True story - according to Dave (at least we think it was Dave. His and Dermot's voices are somewhat interchangeable, especially when one of them has a cold).
Seemingly Dave heard the unmissable shrill cries from a herd of females of the teen persuasion at a set of traffic lights in the vicinity of Stephen's Green Shopping Centre. When he asked what the hub bub was, he got the response "THATWASROBERTPATTINSONINTHATCAR!" The question is not whether it was Pattinson in the car or not, but how long the gaggle of teens had been chasing the car on foot. Did they all set out together, or did they start as one lone soul and snowball into an undulating mass of frenzied fan?
Apparently Robert is considering quitting Hollywood. In an interview with Radar Magazine he said: "If you are the kind of person who needs to be pushed into doing something, then Hollywood is not the right place. I think I need to spend more time in London, or just move around a bit more. I’ve been in LA for six or seven years or something and it’s weird."
Who knew Hollywood's loss would be our / the Renault Clio's marketing department's gain?!
