And headlines like that are bound to help matters...

After tumultuous formative years, and multiple trips to rehab (five at this point), Jonathan Rhys Meyers has reportedly tried to end it all.

On Tuesday, paramedics were called to his north London home after they got a call regarding an overdose. Apparently he refused treatment, which meant they had no option but to involve the police.

A neighbour was happy to talk to the press, saying: "I saw the ambulance arriving and was worried to death. Jonathan is a lovely guy. You see him all the time in the street. He says hello and is very pleasant. I hope he is fine."

When the police were approached, a spokesperson offered: "Officers were called by London Ambulance Service following reports of a man refusing treatment. The man was taken to hospital."

On the upside, Rhys Myers was discharged from hospital yesterday.

Here's the part of the segment where a JRM related "lookintomyeyes, lookintomyeyes, notaroundtheeyes, lookintomysoveryintenseeyes" or "TO THE AIRPORT!" type quip would be cracked, but it just doesn't seem fitting this time around.
