A representative for Jennifer Lawrence has confirmed that she's become engaged.
Jennifer Lawrence and her new fiancé Cooke Maroney, were spotted out and about recently, where eagle-eyed viewers spotted a "massive ring" on the actresses' finger.
Maroney is an art gallery director, and the pair are believed to have met back in 2014 at The Oscars; Lawrence's friend Laura Simpson is said to have introduced them to each-other. However, the couple didn't begin dating until around June of 2018, when they were spotted in New York City together for the first time. The newly engaged couple also shared a getaway to Rome last August.
The highest paid actress in the world for 2015 and 2016, Jennifer Lawrence has enjoyed a quiet box office in recent years. Her only theatrical role of 2018 was 'Red Sparrow,' while in 2017 she played the main role in 'Mother!' She'll reprise her character of Mystique in the upcoming X-Men franchise movie 'Dark Phoenix' late this year, in June.
