Yes, as it's Christmas Eve, we here at entertainment.ie towers will be knocking off early and hauling a load of porous paper bags stuffed with pressies through the snow (well, others in the office will, I'm currently curled over the laptop - which has a well dodgy version of Safari so please excuse random bits of bold or italics, or nothing at all - in the bed, half squinting The Wizard of Oz). So, from here on in for Christmas week, you can expect some memories from the year gone by. We'll have all the awards ceremonies from 2010 - not necessarily reams of winners lists, more the galleries and rash opinions about the fashion on display. I've also compiled a naughty list, a WTF list, and more. For the moment, however, here's something to whet your appetite for lists, lists, lists.

Lady Gaga has been named the most charitable celebrity of 2010 - and not just because she's generous with the exposed body parts, oi oi, etc. According to a list by the charity DoSomething.org, the Bad Romance wibbler has topped a list of giving stars. Gaga earned the title for her work on the 'Don't Ask Don't Tell' campaign and the Hands Up for Marriage Equality event, which supported same-sex marriage. The 24-year-old was also the face of the MAC Viva Glam range, with all proceeds going to HIV and AIDS charitiies. Singer Alicia Keys, 29, came in second place, who devoted her time to the fight against HIV and AIDS.

Other celebrities which feature in the top ten include Taylor Swift, Demi Moore and Ashton Kutcher, Nick Jonas, Matt Damon, Ellen DeGeneres, Justin Bieber, Oprah Winfrey and Leonardo DiCaprio.
