While the official word on the baby names of 2015 will come from the CSO around this time next year, website Nameberry have been busy crunching the numbers and working on the data that they have at their disposal to reveal some of the trends this year. 

They've examined what visitors to their site are looking for as an indication of future naming trends, and put together lists of the most popular searches that might shed some light on what we can expect for this year and beyond. 

There has been a turn back towards the traditional for girls' names it would seem, with Polly, Betty and Norah all making the list, while pop culture looks to have had a big impact on boys' names, with Calvin and Grey (hopefully not after 50 Shades) charting in the top 100.

Some quirkier, slightly less common names have also made the list, with Tallulah, Tove and Indie proving popular for girls, while Cy, Harlan and Rhett are making waves amongst the guys.
