Madonna will turn 50 this year and, to be fair, she's cracking for her years - yes, despite pictures like the one to your right. An increasing amount of similar shots are surfacing; perhaps a contributory factor to the current rumour that she's undergoing some tweakage. The singer was spotted leaving a medical centre with two black eyes. Of course she tried to hide behind a pair of behemoth shades, "but the dark purple bruising was still visible." Although Madonna has always denied going under the knife, it is not the first time she has been dogged by surgery rumours. In September, she was photographed with a new scar and swelling around her ear. Aposotolos Gaitanis (?!), a plastic surgeon at the Harley Cosmetic Clinic in London, said: "Madonna has a very well-proportioned face, with high cheekbones, a high forehead and a well-defined jaw line. I suspect she has been enhanced by cosmetic surgery." C'mon now, whatsyerface, it could just be simple case of really good genes - I should know. On top of some unpronounceables' suspicions, it's also come to light that Madonna has recently started speaking out about ageism: "Not only does society suffer from racism and sexism but it also suffers from ageism. Once you reach a certain age you're not allowed to be adventurous, you're not allowed to be sexual. I mean, is there a rule? Are you supposed to die?" Of course you're allowed be sexual - just wear your years with the bonus dollop of sophistication which comes with life experience - don't be flashing your lady bits about in spray painted leotards...
