Well, this is embarrassing.
The 64-year-old former wrestler was presumably attempting to pay tribute to Dunn, who died in 2011 after crashing his car while speeding and drunk - but instead tweeted a picture of himself with Margera (who is very much still alive), saying 'Damn Bam I wish you were still with us, I sure would love to hang out again my brother love u miss u HH'.
When fans pointed out his error, he replied: 'Got Ryan and Bam mixed up sorry Bam!!! HH'.
He later deleted both tweets, but you can see them below:
